WAHLER Thermostat Components - leading The Trend
The working process of a thermostat mainly includes four steps: temperature sensing, signal transmission, judgment control, and temperature adjustment:
1. Temperature sensing: Temperature sensitive components perceive changes in environmental temperature. When the temperature rises, the temperature sensitive components expand, and vice versa, they contract.
2. Transmission signal: Temperature sensitive components convert the perceived temperature changes into electrical signals and transmit them to sensors.
3. Control judgment: After receiving the electrical signal, the sensor transmits it to the controller. The controller makes judgments based on the set temperature range. If the temperature exceeds the set range, the controller sends a control signal.
4. Temperature adjustment: After receiving the control signal, the actuator adjusts the working temperature of the system according to the instructions. For example, if the temperature is too high, the actuator can turn on the cooling device to reduce the temperature; if the temperature is too low, the actuator can start the heating device to increase the temperature.
Many thermostat components are produced with our WAHLER quality - which means that optimized components have a longer lifespan and are even better than original equipment manufacturer components.
